Objective
The purpose of farmer’s focus group is to: 1) study existing problems that farmers are facing in their daily activities; 2) understand the complicated Agriculture farming irrigation water problem in West Texas; 3) investigate their current water solution techniques; and 4) identify missing/insufficient parts Big Data can plug in.
