Objective
The Oil & Gas focus group aims at understanding how the oil and gas industry utilizes information technologies to manage water resources, how they store and analyze water-related data, and what the challenges are in the water resource management process. Especially, this study targets at identifying 1) Oil & Gas community water usage needs; 2) Water emergency detection techniques; 3) Oil or gas well damage/leakage challenges; 4) Challenges in reusing produced water; and 5) Water recycling optimizations.
